The Challenge.
Jack and Bry make award-winning plant-based meats from Jackfruit, developed to recreate the taste, texture, and flavour of their meat counterparts, but nutritionally better than conventional meats.
With growing demand in the UK for vegan and plant-based meats, Jack & Bry approached Toast to create to help develop their brand styling and apply it to packaging design, marketing, and promotional materials.
Approach.
Following initial fact-finding and research, our next port of call was to create a range of initial design concepts that represented what Jack & Bry is all about, food innovation, representing plant-based food at its best.
The new design style needed to not be gimmicky in any way, it must be clean, stylish, elegant, and accessible as this Jack & Bry is all about reimagining tasty food for everyone.
Solution:
The result is an elegant and iconic design style that conveys all of the vital key messaging for Jack & Bry.
The product benefits and critical information are clear and visible on the uncluttered front of the pack design, with the use of bold typography and icon designs.
Strong product photography, used in a large and uncluttered fashion also helps the consumer to understand what the product is.
The resulting design style has also been applied to marketing materials, both online and offline, marketing support materials for Jack & Bry stockists, sales and marketing materials and exhibition stand designs.
